Where is my order?

Your order is on it's way! Contact us anytime and we'll be more than happy to give you the most current update. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

 

What is your return policy?

If something doesn't meet your standards, we want to know as soon as possible. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Learn more about our return policy HERE.

 

How much does shipping cost?

What if I never receive my order?

If it has been more than 7 days from your shipping date and you have not received your order, please contact us immediately. We will then get back to you within 24 hours to resolve the issue of missing package.
